Description

You will oversee all test infrastructure and operations at Rocket Lab's Test Facility at NASA Stennis Space Center, from rocket engine development to high-cadence production testing. You'll lead technical teams, manage projects and budgets, and ensure safety and efficiency across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or other technical discipline
• 10+ years experience in Propulsion Engineering or Propulsion Test leadership
• Demonstrated experience supporting high-paced technical projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical staff for engine test operations, test stand build, engine assembly, and infrastructure maintenance
• Mentor technical teams in high-pressure environments
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules across multiple departments
• Manage external contractors and suppliers
• Oversee site administration, supply chain, and logistics
