💼 About This Role

You'll partner with executive leadership to identify AI enablement opportunities and co-build solutions across Campminder. You'll design and build AI platform and harness engineering tooling for internal and external use, and mentor teams on AI adoption. This high-visibility role offers high autonomy and impact on cutting-edge AI solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with executives to identify AI enablement opportunities
• Define business metrics and enable teams to build AI-powered tools
• Design and build AI platform and agentic coding tooling
• Mentor colleagues on building AI-powered tools

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools for internal teams
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals
• Experience building production AI observability and monitoring
• Experience extending agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership
• Active tracking of AI tooling landscape
