📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in CRM Operations or Marketing Operations
• Strong background in data governance and segmentation logic
• Practical experience applying AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Experience with CRM platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or Salesforce
