  • Manage employer pipeline from outbound outreach to confirmed hire
  • Conduct high-volume outreach with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Pitch Pursuit Builders and communicate partnership value
  • Build relationships with technical and operational buyers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of hitting quotas or targets
  • Experience owning a full sales cycle including closing
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple relationships
