๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage employer pipeline from outbound outreach to confirmed hire
- Conduct high-volume outreach with hiring managers and recruiters
- Pitch Pursuit Builders and communicate partnership value
- Build relationships with technical and operational buyers
๐ Requirements
- 2โ5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of hitting quotas or targets
- Experience owning a full sales cycle including closing
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple relationships
