💼 About This Role

You'll join the Service Management Office to maintain accurate IT asset records, support audits, and ensure a healthy CMDB. Your work will directly impact asset lifecycle management for a global Apple device management leader. This remote role offers a foundation in ITAM, ITIL, and ServiceNow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update IT asset records in ServiceNow ITAM module.
• Assist with tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets.
• Support internal and external software and hardware audits.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper asset documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or IT asset management.
• Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle management concepts.
• Basic understanding of ITIL service management principles.
• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain).
