You'll structure and solve business problems and extract actionable insights for the Global Markets BU. You'll build data products and analytical models and connect your work with management rituals at XP Inc.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and sustain reliable data products using SQL, Python, and Power BI
• Extract insights and structure conclusions into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with business areas to translate needs into analytical solutions
• Document processes, models, and analyses to ensure replicability

📋 Requirements

• BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker or similar)
• SQL knowledge for data manipulation and extraction
• Data modeling and Data Warehouse concepts
• Knowledge of financial market products (fixed income, equities, derivatives, funds)
