Description
You will design and execute global, partner-centric growth programs to drive customer acquisition and activation across entrepreneur and SMB segments. This role focuses on leveraging the Klaviyo ecosystem through technology partnerships, scaling co-marketing initiatives, and optimizing growth metrics. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics, and product teams to align partner efforts with core growth objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or growth marketing in a global context
- Proven ability to design and scale data-driven growth programs through partners
- Strong understanding of PLG mechanics, lifecycle marketing, and customer activation funnels
- Experience working with technology partners or platforms for global marketing initiatives
- Analytical, metrics-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Design and execute global partner-centric growth programs for entrepreneur and SMB segments
- Identify and activate high-impact technology partners aligned to PLG and ecosystem strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner initiatives with customer journeys
- Own end-to-end execution of ecosystem growth initiatives from concept to optimization
- Develop scalable co-marketing frameworks across lifecycle marketing, digital media, and in-product surfaces
