💼 About This Role

You'll lead a local clinic team, managing your own caseload while supervising BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services. Your core impact will be expanding access to care through clinical leadership, staff development, and operational oversight. This role offers quarterly incentive bonuses and relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate ABA programs
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to BCBAs and RBTs
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations including admin and supply inventory

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA
• Proven experience as an inspirational team leader
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
