💼 About This Role

You'll drive retention and expansion for Mux's Key Enterprise Video customers, building deep technical understanding and executive relationships. You'll create and manage strategies for accounts like Patreon and Airbnb, ensuring we meet their technical needs and business growth objectives. This role offers a chance to work with a tight-knit team backed by top investors and a strong product.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive Net Revenue Retention across the global Mux Video customer base.
  • Drive a culture of customer excellence and tenaciously bring value to customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects to optimize impact.
  • Be a loud advocate for customer needs within Product, Execs, and Operations.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role.
  • Experience selling Cloud infrastructure to software and tech companies.
  • Proven aptitude to learn a complex technical product and apply it commercially.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and creatively solving problems.
