Description

You will be the operational backbone for independent contractor sales teams, ensuring they have everything needed to sell and onboard products to local sellers across the UK and Europe. This involves coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and maintaining sales documentation to empower entrepreneurs and drive their success.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support, or customer service
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for UK/Europe sales teams, responding to inquiries within SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractor sales teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers
• Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries
• Process commission calculations for sales teams in coordination with finance
