You'll help define and evolve Anthropic's brand expression through movement and animation. You'll create outstanding motion work while developing foundational approaches that make the brand instantly recognizable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create motion work for product launches, marketing campaigns, and research releases
• Shape and evolve motion design strategy and brand patterns
• Build frameworks and standards for motion across the organization
• Guide and mentor others in motion design principles

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of motion design experience
• Outstanding portfolio showing craft and systematic thinking
• Ability to develop motion design systems and teach others
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, research, and marketing

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience building a motion practice from the ground up
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in design
