Description

You will own the design, development, validation, and release of thermal management components for electric vehicles, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and quality targets from concept through production. Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams to deliver robust thermal systems.

Requirements

Experience in design and release of thermal management components for automotive
Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems
Understanding of thermal systems including cooling, HVAC, and battery thermal
Ability to interface with suppliers and sourcing teams
Experience with DFMEA, DV plans, and PPAP

Responsibilities

Serve as engineering owner for assigned thermal hardware within vehicle platform
Translate program-level thermal targets into component specifications
Create and maintain CAD models, 2D drawings, and engineering documents in PLM system
Lead design reviews with cross-functional engineering teams
Develop and execute DVP&R for thermal components
