You will set strategic direction and lead the design and launch of core AI-driven features for our Retail product team, crafting feature definitions, managing backlogs, and collaborating with technical and Go-to-Market teams to deliver impactful products that help merchants save time.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management for SaaS products at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience applying AI to deliver value to customers
• Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects and teams
• Professional working proficiency in English and Russian

Responsibilities

• Craft feature and scope definitions balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Prioritize and manage the team's work backlog to maximize value
• Create clear product delivery plans and requirements, collaborating with technical teams
• Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction
• Define and track metrics to measure product success
