💼 About This Role

You'll join the Analytics BI team at Urban Sports Club to ensure optimal data infrastructure for high-quality, reliable data. You'll lead efforts into scalable cloud data warehousing and big data tooling, directly empowering teams to improve member and partner experiences. This role is a 12-month parental leave replacement and offers a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enhance the extensive data model landscape for optimal performance
• Design and optimize data models and table structures for analysts
• Participate in capacity planning for future data growth
• Develop high-performance ELT pipelines prioritizing data quality

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong SQL skills and production experience with dbt
• Experience with Google Cloud and modern data architectures
• Proven track record of successful data architecture implementations

• Knowledgeable about LLMs and working with raw text data
• Experience with real-time or streaming data architectures
• Familiarity with data cataloging and lineage tools
