🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor key engagement and client health indicators
• Develop churn, TPV, and profitability analyses
• Structure retention actions and measure ROI
• Build churn and profitability forecasts by cohort

📋 Requirements

• SQL advanced (CTEs, window functions, self-joins)
• BigQuery and GCP experience
• Excel or Google Sheets advanced
• End-to-end analytical project ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Python intermediate (automation, processing)
• Experience with forecasting and cohort analysis
• BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
