Description

You will support the design, optimization, and implementation of processes and improvements to operations, coordinating projects to help meet regulatory and compliance milestones. You'll partner with leadership to implement regulations, support state filings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive action plans and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in healthcare audits or accreditations supporting NCQA and/or regulatory compliance
• 1+ years professional experience in utilization management, healthcare operations, and/or compliance
• 1+ years experience with Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• 1+ years experience with interdepartmental collaboration to drive projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and processes to support key regulatory and compliance milestones
• Partner with leadership to implement regulations and support state filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans and process improvements with project goals
• Support audit exams (NCQA, MHPAEA, State)
• Identify risks and resolve compliance gaps through regulatory implementation and audits
