💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the core infrastructure for Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning Platform, used by banks and fintechs to fight fraud. You'll drive end-to-end ownership of low-latency services and mentor junior engineers. Your work will help make the digital world safer for online transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and AWS.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements.
• Optimize existing services for maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and AWS.
• Experience building low latency, high scale distributed services.
• Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Clickhouse.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and security best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
