Description

You will lead SMX's Oracle Cloud Financials practice, managing a team of financial associates and business analysts while providing architectural guidance on complex implementations. You'll drive business development through scoping and RFP responses, collaborate with other practice leads, and shape the strategic direction of the practice. This role requires 50% travel nationwide.

Requirements

• 15+ years Oracle Cloud Financials or E-Business Suite experience
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 5+ years people management leading consulting teams
• Deep knowledge of core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses)
• Strong business development and C-level presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop financial associates and business analysts
• Provide architectural guidance for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Drive business development through scoping and RFP responses
• Collaborate with HCM, SCM, EPM, and Customer Support Desk leads
• Define practice standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes
