You'll become a subject matter expert in Navan's integration ecosystem and guide customers through every stage of the integration journey. You'll partner with internal teams and customer IT stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations and maximize platform usage. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply technical skills to customer integrations and support engagements
• Own setup steps and ensure timely completion of integrations
• Investigate integration issues using logs and explain root causes
• Raise detailed Jira tickets collaborating with Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing integration role at a SaaS company
• Basic understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data mapping concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication

✨ Nice to Have

• 2 years in a customer-facing role assisting with ERP integrations
• Direct experience integrating with major ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Basic SQL knowledge
