You will architect and develop a next-generation CRM platform, designing real-time decision engines and large-scale data systems to drive Coupang's growth. Your work directly impacts customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years in data-related products with Spark, Flink, Spring, Java
• Experience with open-source frameworks: Spring, AWS, APIs, NoSQL, Big Data (Kafka, Hive, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Flink, Spark)
• Excellent coding skills in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
• Distributed systems experience with designing and maintaining systems at scale

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate large-scale streaming data processing systems
• Build scalable infrastructure and pipelines with best software engineering practices
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and low latency of the platform
• Take end-to-end ownership from solution investigation to operational health
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deliver data solutions
