You'll join Datavant's remote-first team to handle release of information requests for healthcare clients. You'll process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. This role offers full-time work in a high-volume call center environment with stable hours (Sun-Wed 11:30am-10:30pm EST).
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer release of information telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
- Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
- Document all calls, inquiries, and resolution in appropriate software systems.
- Meet department productivity and quality assurance expectations.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
- Experience with multi-line phone system is required.
- Computer proficiency with MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
- Pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing or Proof Reading/Editing.
- One year experience with MS-Office.
