You'll join Datavant's remote-first team to handle release of information requests for healthcare clients. You'll process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. This role offers full-time work in a high-volume call center environment with stable hours (Sun-Wed 11:30am-10:30pm EST).

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer release of information telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
  • Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Document all calls, inquiries, and resolution in appropriate software systems.
  • Meet department productivity and quality assurance expectations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
  • Experience with multi-line phone system is required.
  • Computer proficiency with MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
  • Pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing or Proof Reading/Editing.
  • One year experience with MS-Office.
