💼 About This Role

You'll operate manned support vessels and assist in oversight of autonomous systems during field tests, contributing directly to the development of advanced maritime technologies. This role bridges traditional marine operations with next-generation autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain company-owned support vessels during field trials.
• Lead safe deployment, recovery, and towing of autonomous surface vessels.
• Collaborate with engineers and mission planners to execute test plans.
• Ensure maritime operations comply with USCG and other regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License (OUPV or Master 25/50/100 Ton).
• Minimum 3 years experience operating vessels in coastal or open-ocean environments.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety and navigation.
• Physically capable of working on boats in variable weather and sea conditions.
