💼 About This Role

You'll own paid acquisition channels for the world's largest AI companionship platform, scaling campaigns to drive growth from 50M to 100M users. You'll work directly with the CMO, executing high-velocity testing loops and optimizing funnels for massive user acquisition and CAC/ROAS efficiency. This role offers the chance to shape strategy in a high-growth, fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives and audiences
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, dashboards
• Collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or ASA
• Analytical fluency in GA4 and Voluum

• Subscription model and CAC/LTV frameworks experience
• Experience in regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
