You'll plan and execute M365 tenant migrations within a secure federal environment. Your work will directly support modernization and centralization initiatives for a Fortune 500 client. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support planning and execution of M365 tenant migrations
• Perform pre-migration assessments and readiness checks
• Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD
• Maintain documentation of migration plans and configurations

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Familiarity with Azure AD and identity management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in federal or regulated environments
• Knowledge of M365 security and governance tools
• Scripting with PowerShell
