You'll manage participant onboarding and screening calls for clinical trials at a high-growth healthtech startup that's transforming how new treatments are developed. You'll ensure a positive trial experience and accurate data collection within our platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct participant screening calls and follow-ups
• Maintain participant trackers and Investigator Site Files
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes
• Respond to CRO data queries and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• Experience in patient onboarding and screening calls
• Experience with tracking systems and follow-up procedures
• Able to adhere to protocol timelines and adapt to priorities
• Experience using tech tools like Calendly, Docusign, or Medi2data
