You'll lead a maintenance team for water treatment facilities in the Elk Valley, ensuring reliable operations and contributing to expansion projects that double capacity. Your work directly supports environmental performance and community partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee maintenance planning and execution for water treatment facilities.
• Develop and coach maintenance and reliability personnel.
• Ensure new facilities meet maintainability and reliability standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and life-of-asset planning.
• Establish and track key performance indicators for equipment reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Nine years of maintenance experience in industrial or process plant environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Project management experience in industrial operations.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent.
