🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementations autonomously
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues aligned with company values
• Identify product improvements and new offerings to expand impact
• Drive automation and scalable processes via internal tools and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Consulting, BizOps, or Account Management role
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data

• Experience leading end-to-end projects with quantifiable impact
• Experience supporting Customer Success or Post-Sales organizations
