Description
You will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities in aerospace, defense, maritime, and energy sectors. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers, understand complex technical requirements, and position our additive manufacturing capabilities as the solution of choice. You'll own go-to-market strategies, manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract close, and partner with technical teams to scope solutions.
Requirements
- Strategic business development experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, or related industrial sectors
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and ability to position manufacturing capabilities as solutions
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for target verticals: aerospace, defense, maritime, and energy sectors
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, inbound/outbound outreach, networking, and events
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, technical specifications, and procurement cycles to tailor compelling proposals
- Partner with technical teams to scope solutions and communicate value to both engineering and executive stakeholders
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact (RFI/RFQ/RFP) to contract close, including proposal development, pricing strategy and negotiation
