🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact customers to negotiate and collect payments
• Communicate via phone, email, or written correspondence
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Customer Success
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment arrangements

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of collections execution experience
• Experience using collection tools (GetPaid or similar)
• Proven ability to manage a book of business spanning large to small accounts
• Comfortable with call/contact metrics and financial operational metrics
