Description
You'll partner with hiring leaders to own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, proactively sourcing top 5% talent and building pipelines before needs arise. You'll operate with urgency, advising managers on market realities and crafting strategies that ensure every hire raises the bar.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or agency environments
- Proven track record of closing senior, niche, or highly competitive roles
- Expert-level sourcing skills and ability to craft compelling outreach
- Strong talent assessment judgment to distinguish exceptional candidates from polished but plateaued
- Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent profiles and search strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and outreach
- Design structured interview processes assessing technical capability and performance potential
- Build warm pipelines for recurring roles so no search starts from zero
