Requirements

• PhD or Master's with equivalent research experience in ML, CS, math, or physics
• 8+ years industry experience applying modern NLP with deep learning and LLMs
• Experience designing models balancing performance, UX, and production constraints
• Ability to deliver production-grade, well-tested, maintainable code

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize language-based AI solutions from data to production
• Apply transformer-based language models at scale for enterprise users
• Collaborate with ML developers and platform team to accelerate innovation
• Act as technical reference, guiding architectural decisions and best practices
• Mentor applied scientists and contribute to research excellence
