You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 fleet safe and reliable. You'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on day cabs and trailers. Enjoy comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools.
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens and filter changes.
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use.
• At least two ASE Certifications within 6 months of hire.

✨ Nice to Have

• T-series ASE Certifications.
• Comfortable with MIG welding.
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
