Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll modules
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities
• Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end HCM solutions
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices
• Develop and deliver training sessions for users and administrators
