💼 About This Role

You'll lead Pendulum's wholesale and strategic channel strategy, defining and executing growth beyond DTC and Amazon. You'll drive new customer acquisition through expanded distribution across FDMC/AO, healthcare marketplaces, and emerging platforms while building Pendulum's clinical credibility into a trusted consumer brand. This role blends commercial leadership with a mission-driven culture at a Forbes-recognized billion-dollar startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and lead wholesale and strategic channel strategy beyond DTC and Amazon
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure partnerships across FDMC/AO, specialty retail, and healthcare marketplace platforms
  • Own revenue, forecasting, and contribution margin across all wholesale channels
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within CPG, healthcare, wellness, or adjacent science-driven categories
  • Experience across FDMC retail, distributors, and healthcare marketplace platforms
  • Proven ability to drive both revenue growth and contribution margin with a track record of hitting and exceeding forecasts
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
