You'll coordinate technician appointments to maximize productivity and serve as the liaison between company, technician, and customer. You'll deliver exceptional customer service using Service Titan and maintain accurate schedules. This role offers year-round work with no layoffs and advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain schedules.
• Prioritize calls according to customer or operational need.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and after-hours procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer database information.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years prior industry experience in dispatch and coordination preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and company software.
• Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
