💼 About This Role

You'll act as the key HSE reference for construction sites in Wallonia, implementing the company's HSE policy on the ground. You'll collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in site safety culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as point of contact for all HSE matters across assigned construction sites.
• Translate corporate HSE policies into site-specific tools like risk assessments.
• Coach project teams on HSE best practices and conduct workplace inspections.
• Lead HSE trainings and support incident investigations with corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of HSE advisory experience, ideally in construction.
• Certified as Prevention Advisor Level II or I.
• Solid understanding of Belgian safety legislation and procedures.
• Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.
