You'll manage a patient panel of all ages, providing acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. You'll be part of a mission-driven team transforming healthcare with a human-centered approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of patients with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligible with plan to certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in TX before start date
