🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to senior professionals
• Guide structured coaching conversations to improve self-awareness and decision-making
• Participate in ongoing coach development and training programs
• Communicate with members between sessions via messaging tools

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years of senior HR leadership experience at VP or C-suite level
• Strong background in leadership development or HR business partnering
• Proven experience mentoring or coaching senior leaders
• Ability to commit 3-5 hours per week over 24+ months
