You'll join the tech-support help desk team on the trading floor, providing operational support for firm-wide end user applications and workstation hardware. You'll execute daily procedures like morning system checks and data center inspections. Stand out by supporting market data platforms like Bloomberg and Refinitiv in a global macro hedge fund.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations
• Support market data and trade execution platforms
• Execute daily operational procedures and trouble ticket workflows
• Provide off-hours support on a rotating schedule

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workstation technical support
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
• Financial services industry experience with Bloomberg or Refinitiv

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti
• Printer and/or print vendor management
• Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android)
