🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead platform reliability strategy and incident management
• Oversee DevOps, release management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks
• Manage security compliance (SOC 2, GovRAMP, NIST)

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform operations
• 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS platforms (Azure preferred)
• Proven expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, and release management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GovRAMP)
• Hands-on experience with operational monitoring tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
