💼 About This Role

You'll join a crew installing 10kW to 1MW solar systems on commercial projects across the US. This role is 90% travel based out of Austin, TX, executing quality workmanship and ensuring safety on every job.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with a team of installers on commercial solar projects
• Safely execute quality workmanship and timely completion
• Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude per company policies
• Assist with other duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, squatting, and hauling 50+ lbs
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR to drive company vehicles
• Willingness to travel 90% of the year across the US
