🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and evaluate matcha suppliers, primarily in Japan
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term producer relationships
• Sample and assess matcha quality to meet standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely supply

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of matcha and Japanese tea culture
• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken)
• Experience in sourcing or procurement preferred
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
