Description

In this role, you will lead end-to-end biomarker operations across Phase I-III oncology clinical trials at Revolution Medicines. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment, oversee central and specialty lab activities, and contribute to SOP development and CDx regulatory filings. Your work directly supports the development of novel RAS-targeted therapies for cancer patients.

Requirements

• Life sciences degree (BS or MS) in scientific, medical, healthcare, or related discipline
• 7+ years experience in clinical research or clinical/diagnostic laboratory setting
• Experience mentoring team members
• Prior experience in clinical biomarker and CDx operations in Phase I-III trials preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools and LIMS desired

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end biomarker operations across Phase I-III oncology clinical trials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Biomarker Leads, Clinical Operations, and Data Management
• Oversee central lab activities including startup, lab manual, SOW reviews, and budget evaluation
• Manage relationships with specialty biomarker labs, including logistics, testing strategy, and data transfer
• Drive vendor selection, qualification, onboarding, and audits
