🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Drive technical program management best practices and improve processes.
• Define and track metrics for quality and performance across projects.
• Communicate planning, status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
• Experience delivering complex projects spanning multiple groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders and leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of AI (e.g., machine learning, data pipelines).
• Experience with public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with common software development tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).
