As a People Business Partner at Anduril, you will partner with engineering leadership to build a high-performing organization. You'll act as a strategic advisor, handle employee relations, and lead organizational development initiatives to support growth and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience across multiple HR channels such as compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments
• U.S. Person status required due to export control data

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner on people-related strategies and employee engagements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute people strategies through anticipated growth
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations
• Lead design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs
• Utilize people metrics to drive insights and decisions around growth and retention
