Description

You will work with clients at all levels to deliver on strategic initiatives, leveraging data-driven decisions to drive value. You'll help break down complex programs into actionable pieces across strategy, process improvement, operational transformation, organizational design, and M&A integration.

Requirements

• Experience solving real business problems and presenting strategies to C-suite
• Conduct assessments to map organizational current state and desired future state
• Identify root causes of operational and strategic issues in organizational structures
• Led process improvement with gap analysis and transition planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps and define prioritization using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Lead process improvement initiatives, facilitating Current State and Future State documentation and gap analysis
• Drive operational transformation through data-based strategies to close performance gaps
• Support organizational design to align skills, responsibilities, and governance
• Stand up post-merger Integration Management Office and lead integration activities
