As the strategic and technical 'North Star' for one of our largest enterprise accounts, you'll drive business transformation by bridging advanced data and AI capabilities with measurable value for the C-suite.

Requirements

• Principal-level experience in client-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Field CTO)
• Conceptual understanding of modern data pipelines, batch and streaming (Kafka, APIs)
• Solid grasp of secure enterprise GenAI deployment (RAG, private model hosting, data masking)
• Conceptual understanding of enterprise stack; SAP experience helpful
• Strong proficiency in German is required

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to CIOs and CFOs, translating technical designs into business outcomes
• Advise on high-performance data ingestion strategies (e.g., Kafka, micro-batching) for the Celonis platform
• Architect secure enterprise AI solutions using Celonis Process Knowledge Graph and RAG
• Mobilize and direct multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers and data scientists
• Bridge customer needs with Celonis Product/Engineering to resolve technical blockers
