You'll join the Distribuição de Carteiras Administrada team, connecting investment mandates with XP's advisor network. You'll support advisors in portfolio interpretation, build commercial arguments, and monitor portfolios. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a commercial profile and technical curiosity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage XP advisors via phone, email, and internal channels
• Qualify opportunities and schedule commercial meetings
• Monitor client portfolios and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain pipeline organization in CRM with discipline

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance (ongoing or completed)
• CPA-20 certification active
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• CGA or CFP certification (completed or in progress)
• Previous experience in advisory, trading desk, or bank internship
• Advanced English
