Requirements

• Active license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) in state(s) of practice and residence
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite, and telehealth tools
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Maintain clinical documentation in EMR system
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
