• Deploy new training management tool and support change management.
• Develop LMS reports and dashboards for L&D monitoring.
• Provide administrative support for training sessions.
• Contribute to DOJO and Fresque initiatives at the Gigafactory.

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying Human Resources or related field.
• Digital proficiency with LMS or reporting tools.
• Organizational skills and autonomy.
• Good interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
